Sacred Rest Experiences for Small Groups

Sacred Rest Sessions are entry-level guided experiences hosted at Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness.  They are public guided rest experiences offered in select community spaces and at Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness.

Sessions may include guided rest, breathwork, journaling, reflection, grounding, and/or sound-supported rest. 

This is for individuals who want to experience rest in community without booking a private session or full circle 

Perfect for:

•  First-time guests 
• Individuals seeking a peaceful reset 
• People curious about guided rest, breathwork, journaling, or sound-supported rest 
• Anyone who wants a calm space to slow down without committing to a longer experience

Length: 60-75 minutes
Location: Hosted at HJHC wellness/community spaces or virtual

Private? No, open to the community

Sacred Rest Circles are deeper guided rest experiences hosted at Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness. These circles are designed for small groups who want to slow down, reflect, reconnect, and be guided into deeper rest.

Some Rest Circles are hosted by Her Jewel & Her Crown and open for individual registration. (See Events For More Info)

Others may be privately booked by a group leader.

Each circle may include rest education, breathwork, journaling, reflection, prayer or grounding, facilitated conversation, guided rest, and/or sound-supported rest. Sound healing is one of my primary modalities, but it is not required for every circle.
