Booking & Payment Policy

This Booking & Payment Policy applies to all Her Jewel & Her Crown sessions, small groups, and paid experiences unless a specific event page states otherwise.

For the following services:

• Still Waters
   
• Harmony
   
• Jewel Rest Intensive: $400 deposit
   

Your appointment is not confirmed until your funds are received.

Card Payments

• Remaining balances are due 24 hours before your session.
   

Cash Balance Option

• Cash is allowed for the remaining balance and is due upon arrival, before your session begins.
   
• Please arrive 10 minutes early. Exact cash appreciated.
   

• You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
   

• Changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
   

• No-shows are charged 100% of the session price.
   
• A “no-show” includes arriving 15+ minutes late without notice.
   
• Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your session and it will not be extended.
   

Gratuity is included in most services.
