1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

• You      must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase      services.
• You      agree to use the Site lawfully and not for any fraudulent or      harmful purpose.
• We may      refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts at our      discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Services

Her Jewel & Her Crown provides, but is not limited to:

• 1:1      and small-group rest and sound healing sessions
• Two-person      sound healing sessions
• Workshops,      mini-retreats, and multi-day retreat experiences
• Faith-centered      rest coaching and educational offerings
• Digital      resources and tools related to rest, wellness, and spiritual growth

All services are for wellness support and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal care.

3. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

We are not doctors, therapists, or licensed mental health professionals.

• We do not      diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
• Sound      healing, rest coaching, retreats, and any tools shared are supportive      practices, not medical treatment.
• You      are responsible for consulting your licensed healthcare or mental      health provider about any health concerns.

By using our Site and services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

4. Bookings, Payments, & Cancellations

4.1 Payments

• All      prices are listed in [USD], unless stated otherwise.
• Payment      is due at booking or according to the payment schedule listed for that      offer (e.g., deposit + remaining balance).
• Payments      may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal,      or other platforms. You also agree to their terms and policies.

4.2 Individual & Small-Group Sessions

• Cancellations      or reschedules must be requested at least [48 hours/2 days] before      your session.
• Late      cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your payment     or a cancellation fee, as stated at checkout.

4.3 Retreats, Events & Group Experiences

• Retreat      and event deposits are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise      stated.
• Refunds      (if offered) will follow the event-specific policy provided at the      time of registration.
• You      are responsible for any travel, lodging, or additional expenses you      incur.

4.4 Cancellations by the Company

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions, events, or retreats due to illness, emergencies, venue issues, or other circumstances.

• If we      cancel, you will receive either a refund or a credit, as stated for      that event.
• We are      not responsible for additional costs (travel, lodging, missed work,      etc.) caused by cancellations or changes.

5. No Guarantees

We create spaces and tools for rest and transformation, but:

• We do not      guarantee specific outcomes (emotional, spiritual, financial, or      relational).
• Your      results depend on your own choices, health, circumstances, and      follow-through.

You agree that no promises of specific results have been made.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site is the intellectual property of Her Jewel and Her Crown, including:

• Text,      graphics, logos, images
• Audio,      video, and course materials
• Workbooks,      guides, programs, and written content

You may view and download for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By using this Site or participating in sessions, workshops, or retreats, you agree:

• You      are voluntarily participating and are responsible for your own decisions      and actions.
• Some      practices (sound, breathwork, reflection, gentle movement) can bring up      physical or emotional responses.
• You      assume all risks associated with participation and release us from      liability for any injuries, losses, or damages to the fullest extent      allowed by law.

If you have health concerns, you agree to consult your provider before participating.

• We      do not control and are not responsible for these sites or their      content, policies, or practices.
• Use      of any third-party site is at your own risk.
