Welcome to Her Jewel & Her Crown (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owned and operated by WorldLee Travels LLC. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), booking services, purchasing products, or participating in any session, workshop, event, retreat, or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase services.
   
• You agree to use the Site lawfully and not for any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
   
• We may refuse service, suspend access, or terminate access at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.
   

Her Jewel & Her Crown provides wellness and educational offerings, including but not limited to:

• 1:1 rest and sound-led sessions (e.g., Still Waters)
   
• Two-person sessions (e.g., Harmony)
   
• Small-group sessions and private group experiences
   
• Workshops, mini-retreats, and multi-day retreat experiences
   
• Faith-friendly rest coaching and educational offerings
   
• Digital resources and tools related to rest, wellness, and spiritual growth
   

All services and content are provided for wellness support and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal care.

• We are not doctors, therapists, or licensed mental health professionals, unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific offering.
   
• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
   
• Sound healing, rest coaching, retreats, breathwork, reflection practices, and tools shared are supportive practices, not medical treatment.
   
• You are responsible for consulting your licensed healthcare or mental health provider regarding any concerns.
   
• By using our Site and services, you acknowledge you are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
   

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
   
• Payment is due at booking or according to the payment schedule listed for the offer (example: deposit + remaining balance).
   
• Payments may be processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, or others). You also agree to their terms and policies.

 Deposits, payment timing, and rescheduling/cancellation rules are governed by our Booking & Payment Policy
 

To reserve appointment time, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable and apply to the total amount due.

The most current deposit amounts and payment schedules are displayed at checkout and/or on the applicable service page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
 

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule one (1) time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
   
• Late changes: Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the session price.
   
• Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the session price.
   
• No-shows: No-shows are charged 100% of the session price. A “no-show” includes arriving 15+ minutes late without prior notice.
   
• Late arrival: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten the session and it will not be extended.
   

Payment timing: Remaining balances may be due 24 hours before the session if paying by card. If a cash balance option is offered, the remaining balance is due upon arrival, prior to the start of the session.

• Retreat and event deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event.
   
• Refunds (if offered) follow the event-specific policy provided at registration.
   
• You are responsible for travel, lodging, and additional expenses unless your registration explicitly includes them.
   

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions, events, or retreats due to illness, emergencies, venue issues, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances.

• If we cancel, you will receive either a refund or a credit, as stated for that offering.
   
• We are not responsible for additional costs (travel, lodging, missed work, etc.) caused by schedule changes or cancellations.
   

We create spaces and tools intended to support rest and transformation; however:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (emotional, spiritual, financial, or relational).
   
• Results depend on individual factors including health, circumstances, and follow-through.
   
• You agree that no promises of specific results have been made.
   

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site is the intellectual property of Her Jewel & Her Crown / WorldLee Travels LLC, including:

• Text, graphics, logos, images
   
• Audio, video, music/playlist suggestions, and course materials
   
• Workbooks, guides, programs, and written content
   

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

By using this Site or participating in any session, workshop, or retreat, you agree:

• You are voluntarily participating and are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
   
• Some practices (sound, breathwork, reflection, gentle movement) may bring up physical or emotional responses.
   
• You assume all risks associated with participation and release us from liability for injuries, losses, or damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
   
• If you have health concerns, you agree to consult your provider before participating.
   

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools.

• We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
   
• Use of any third-party site is at your own risk.
   

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• You are responsible for any travel, lodging, and additional expenses you incur unless a package explicitly includes them.
   

We may reschedule or cancel sessions/events due to illness, emergencies, venue issues, weather, or other circumstances.
