Sacred Rest Experiences for Small Groups

Sacred Rest Sessions are entry-level guided experiences.  They are public guided rest experiences offered in select community spaces and at Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness.

Sessions may include guided rest, breathwork, journaling, reflection, grounding, and/or sound-supported rest. 

This is for individuals who want to experience rest in community without booking a private session or full circle

• Anyone who wants a calm space to slow down without committing to a longer experience

Founding Members Membership: $135 per month, with a minimum of 6 sessions monthly. Six spots remain. 

Sacred Rest Circles are deeper guided rest experiences. These circles are designed for small groups who want to slow down, reflect, reconnect, and be guided into deeper rest.

Some Rest Circles are hosted by Her Jewel & Her Crown and open for individual registration. (See Events For More Info)

Others may be privately booked by a group leader.

Each circle may include rest education, breathwork, journaling, reflection, prayer or grounding, facilitated conversation, guided rest, and/or sound-supported rest. Sound healing is one of our primary modalities, but it is not required for every circle.
