• Intention setting + guided meditation + prayer
• Breath + grounding practices to help your body downshift 
• Gentle sound support or silence (welcome)

• Virtual clients receive a recording of the session
• In-person guests may also enjoy a grounding touch: tea/water + a light grounding snack 
• Vibration plate before we begin (when appropriate)

Membership Perks Include:

• 1 Private 75 min session per month 
• Upgraded session resources and tools
• One free admission to the annual private group rest session or 1 private add on service (such as yoni steaming, or ionic foot detox) (must be in membership at least 6 months)
• One rollover month max (you may schedule 2 sessions in one month one time or  transfer 1 unused session to one new guest). 
• No contract- cancel at anytime.
