Cancellation + Rescheduling + Payment Policy
To reserve your session time, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking:
- Still Waters: $50 deposit
- Harmony: $75 deposit
- Jewel Rest Intensive: $400 deposit
Deposits apply to your total and reserve your appointment.
Payment Options
- If paying by card, the remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.
- If paying the remaining balance in cash, it is due upon arrival, before your session begins. Please arrive 10 minutes early (exact cash appreciated).
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations + No-Shows
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows (including arriving 15+ minutes late without notice) are charged 100% of the session.
Late Arrival
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your session and it will not be extended.
Gratuity
Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated.

This is a wellness service for rest support and relaxation. It is not medical treatment or therapy.
